These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of actierse.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Actierse is an independent reseller of digital software license keys. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any software manufacturer unless expressly stated. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Products & licenses

We sell digital product keys that grant a license to use third-party software under that software publisher's own terms. It is your responsibility to review the license type (e.g., Retail or OEM), edition, language, and system requirements shown on the product page and to ensure the product is compatible with your device before purchasing. Some licenses are region-restricted or single-use as noted on the product page.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but in the event of an obvious pricing or product error we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment must be completed and cleared before a key is delivered.

5. Delivery

Keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell keys purchased for personal use in violation of the publisher's license, use the Site fraudulently, submit false payment information, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

7. Third-party software support

We provide support for delivery and activation of the keys we sell. Ongoing functionality, updates, and end-of-life decisions for the underlying software are controlled by the software publisher, not by Actierse, and are outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actierse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
